The purchase of any services offered by Sarai Enterprises, LLC (Sarai Events) constitutes a contractual arrangement between you (the Guest) and Sarai Events and represents your acceptance of the Terms & Conditions set out herein.  Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.  You are welcomed to contact us to request the latest version of the Terms & Conditions prior to booking your vacation. CONTACT INFO: Please visit www.saraievents.com, call Sarai Events at (404) 859-9832 or contact us via email at info@saraievents.com.

IDENTIFICATION: Guests must make reservations in the full name that is listed on their passport that they will use for travel. If you need to make any changes to a name after travel documents have been issued, clients will be responsible for all name change fees, if applicable.

PAYMENTS: Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events all major credit or debit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa).

 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATION POLICY: All payments to Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events has contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep our package prices competitive and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

Cancellation: Once reservations have been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Email your cancellation request to info@saraievents.com with your invoice number, full name, and travel date. Once your email has been received, you must complete the cancellation request form sent to you via email to complete the cancellation process. If you do not receive an acknowledgment within 48 hours, please call 404-859-9832 to ensure your information was received.

 

You may cancel your package/booking any time by completing the cancellation form online only.  All deposits and payments are non-refundable. When the package/booking (individual or group) has been canceled, it may be added back if needed and/or space is available. To add back a canceled booking/package there is a $50.00 fee per guest. If the entire room is cancelled, a new reservation is required.  Once the package/booking is canceled, the package will be removed and availability of the package is not guaranteed should you need to add back the package/booking.

 

Reservation Name Changes: Name changes due to incorrect information being provided will incur a $50 per person charge plus any additional supplier fees. Please note that name changes to airline reservations are subject to full cancellation and rebooking. Replacing a traveling passenger with another traveling passenger constitutes a cancellation, subject to cancellation penalties, and is not covered by this Reservation Name Changes policy. Changes or additions after departure are subject to local rates at the time of amendment and must be paid directly by the passenger to the service provider. There are no refunds for unused services.

 

You may resell your package to another person; however, you CANNOT TRANSFER MONEY to someone else within that group or any other group. It is your responsibility to resell your package and provide this notification in writing with the replacement name. Payments must continue to be made monthly to keep the reservation secured.

 

CHARGEBACKS: Before filing a dispute with your bank, call Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events at (404) 859-9832 or contact us via email at info@saraievents.com to discuss account resolution. Filing chargebacks could result in your reservation being cancelled and may prevent future travel with Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events.

Please Note: All credit card chargebacks will be aggressively pursued. You must notify us via email at info@saraievents.com at least seven (7) days in advance of your auto draft to request a payment modification. 

​

Waiver of Right to Chargeback: Clients waive all right to chargeback or disputes related to payments made willfully to Sarai Enterprises, LLC dba Sarai Events. If the client initiates a chargeback or a dispute, the client agrees to pay a fee of $100 to the Service Provider or Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events (against whom the chargeback or dispute is filed), plus any legal fees, attorney fees, the outstanding balance of the invoice, any overdraft fees and penalties imposed by banking institutions, and all other legal relief.

TRAVEL INSURANCE: Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Insurance that provides coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss, and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic and international tours.

 

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION
Deposit: A deposit is due at the time of reservation. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 
All reservations (except where specified) will require a deposit, and the amount due and the monthly payment plan will be clearly noted.

Full Payment: All reservations can be paid in full at the time of booking as long as the tour still has available space.

 

Late Payment: If there is any outstanding balance by the Final Payment Due date listed on your invoice, a late fee of $100 will automatically be added to your invoice one day after your final payment date.

 

PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Our merchant account is with Stripe | WAVE | Zoho. This will allow our clients to make secure payments through a major credit card or ACH payment (bank transfers). We do not accept checks or money orders. 

Deposit for each event is due by the date specified, no exceptions. Please see the specific event's policies. All reservation deposit payments are non-refundable, and due on or before payment due date unless specifically stated by Sarai Events. If payment is more than 3 days late, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and all monies paid to date will be forfeited.  A late fee of $100 will be assessed if payment is made after the due date and cutoff time specified per event. 
 

RESERVATIONS

Reinstatement of Reservations: If your travel reservations have been canceled, and you notify us within 14 days that you want to reinstate your reservations, a service reinstatement fee of $250 will be added to your invoice and must be paid in advance to apply for reconfirmation of services.

Last Minute Reservations: All reservations must be made no later than 60 days before departure. If requested services cannot be confirmed, payment will be refunded. If services are confirmed, final payment is due within 24 hours, and all applicable cancellation penalties will apply.

PRICES: All prices listed are per person based upon shared twin room occupancy unless otherwise clearly specified. Prices do not include items of a personal nature, such as laundry, wines, water, beverages, food (other than at all-inclusive resorts or where clearly specified), passport and visa fees, insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically indicated in the package inclusions. Prices are correct at the time of publication; however, as airfares continually fluctuate and classes of service may have limited capacity, tour package prices and availability will change accordingly. In case of human or computer error, Sarai Enterprises, LLC and/or Sarai Events reserves the right to re-invoice for the correct price or service. A full refund will be made to passengers who choose not to pay an increase, provided Sarai Events receives a written cancellation within five days of the price increase notification.

 

AGENT
Sarai Enterprises, LLC (or any of its affiliated entities) acts as an event/travel planner only. We sell various travel related products on behalf of numerous transport and accommodation service providers, such as, and not limited to airlines, coach, rail, cruise line operators and hotels. Sarai Events obligations to you are to make travel bookings on your behalf and to arrange relevant contracts between you and the travel service providers. We have no responsibility for these services, nor do we have the authority to make any warranty or representation regarding their standard.  A request cannot be guaranteed.  All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions, and limitations of liability imposed by these service providers. You understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider not Sarai Enterprises (or any of its affiliated entities).

 

INDEMNIFICATION LIABILITY
We always do our best to make sure your travel arrangements are satisfactory.  However, we cannot accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of these service providers, over whom we have no direct or indirect control.  Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased travel arrangements.  We are not liable for any consequential loss or damage.  We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control or which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

 

You agree to waive all claims or causes of action against Sarai Enterprises, LLC (Sarai Events)/Princess Russell, employees and agents acting on behalf of them, all of which are collectively hereinafter referred to as SARAI ENTERPRISES, LLC ("Sarai Events") arising out of your participation in the booked activity and hereby release, hold harmless, and discharge Sarai Events from all liability in connection therewith.

Knowing, understanding, and fully appreciating all possible risks, you expressly, voluntarily, and willingly assume all risks and dangers associated with your participation in the booked activity. Some of the risks and dangers are listed below. You understand this list is not exhaustive. Common risks include: Travel to and from home and events' meeting location, overnight stay, food/alcohol poisoning, theft, car accident, pedestrian accident, tripping, slipping, falling, etc.

Mode of Travel includes: (e.g. personal vehicle, airplane, Charter Bus)

In addition, You agree to use your personal medical insurance as a primary medical coverage payment if accident or injury occurs.
 

By making a reservation or purchasing a ticket for an event online, you agree that you have read this waiver/release and understand the terms used in it and their legal significance. This waiver and release is freely and voluntarily given with the understanding that the right to legal recourse against Sarai Events is, knowingly, given up in return for allowing your participation in the activity. Your submission of the reservation is intended to bind not only yourself but also your successors, heirs, representatives, administrators, and assignees.

 

SARAI EVENTS WEBSITE
Elements of our website (www.saraievents.com) are protected by copyright, trade and other laws and may not be copied or imitated whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound, image, or html coding from our website may be copied, altered, or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Sarai Events.  Sarai Events makes no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the pages and related graphics published on this website for any purpose. Such documents are provided “As is” without warranty of any kind.

In no event shall Sarai Events including its owners, representatives, affiliates, or providers (collectively, the “Covered parties”), be liable for any injury, death, loss, claim, damage, act of god, accident, delay, or any special, exemplary, punitive, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or otherwise, which arise out of or are in any way connected with use of www.saraievents.com or with any delay or inability to use the site, or for any information, software, products or services obtained through this site, even if Sarai Events has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

 

PRICE VARIATIONS
We reserve the right to vary published rates in the event of fluctuations in the exchange rate or price increases made by service providers. All rates are per person and subject to availability at the time of booking, and may increase without notice.  Airfare, air taxes, transfers, government fees and taxes are additional unless otherwise stated.  In the event of a pricing error, or any other misrepresentation or omission, we reserve the right to adjust the pricing or make any other corrections.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is highly recommended. However, we do not sell or offer travel insurance. For information or to purchase trip cancellation insurance, visit here. Certain restrictions apply and you have 10 days to purchase the travel insurance after making your initial deposit. We can provide you with a booking receipt for travel insurance purposes. 
 
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
Hotel packages accommodate from single to quad occupancy. Single rooms have a king size bed that sleeps two. Doubles to Quad Occupancy have two double/queen beds that sleep up to four guests (You Will Be Sharing A Bed).  Most of our host hotels do not have roll-away beds.
 
Hotel room assignments are at the discretion of the selected hotel and not Sarai Events. Hotel confirmation numbers are given to all registered paid in full guests approx. two weeks before each event.  If the monthly and/or final payment is not paid by 11:59 PM EST of the date specified, a late fee will be applied immediately in the amount of $50. We reserve the right to cancel the reservations if the final payment is not made within three days after the final payment due date. Hotels require that you present a credit card or debit card at check-in for incidentals per room, not per guest. All roommates are encouraged to discuss this prior to arrival at the hotel.

 

REFUSAL OF SERVICE
Sarai Events reserve the right to refuse service to travelers at its sole discretion. Service providers reserve the right to refuse service to travelers for any of the following reasons, although not all inclusive:
 

The traveler:
Lacks proper documentation for the designated event/travel destination Has a contagious disease Is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or narcotics Manifests rude, disruptive and/or unruly behavior.

 

PHOTOGRAPHIC/VIDEO RELEASE
Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events may take photographs or video of its trips, and trip participants grant PSarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events permission to do so and for it to use same for promotional or commercial use without payment of any compensation to the participant.

 

Sarai Events may use the photograph/video in publications or other media/marketing material produced, used or contracted by Sarai Events, including but not limited to: social media, brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc. Any person desiring not to have their photo taken or distributed must contact Sarai Events in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph.

COVID-19 WAIVER OF LIABILITY
In Spring 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) a worldwide pandemic. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) issued several preventative measures to combat the virus, such as frequent hand washing, wearing a mask or face covering, and keeping at least 6 feet away from others. If contracted, this virus has the ability to cause the traveler serious and severe illness. For more information on the COVID-19 virus, please visit the CDC webpage at www.cdc.gov.

I understand and agree to the following:

 

1. COVID-19 is a highly contagious virus that can be spread via person-to-person contact;

2. After reasonable inquiry, Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events provided me with the best available information regarding the pandemic protective policies and practices of the vendors and suppliers in my travel itinerary.

3. Supplier(s) of Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events may have policies in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events is not the drafter or holder of those policies, and I understand that these policies can change at any time;

4. I understand that the supplier(s) may not apply those policies as diligently as the policies suggest, and even if the supplier makes a good faith effort to enforce its good practices, some travelers may simply refuse to 
   cooperate;

5. I understand that each state/country institutes its own pandemic-protective policies and regulations. I further understand that I am responsible for knowing, understanding, and abiding by the pandemic-protective policies 
   and procedures regarding COVID-19 of all state(s)/ country(ies) listed in my travel itinerary, including any policy updates. I also understand that I may be denied entry into the country for reasons within or outside of my control;

6. I understand that by traveling, I can be subject to voluntary or involuntary quarantine either at home or in the traveled location(s);

7. I am responsible for knowing, understanding, and abiding by the pandemic-protective policies and procedures regarding COVID-19 of all vendors used in my travel itinerary, including any policy updates;

8. With full awareness and appreciation of the risks involved, I, for myself, and on behalf of my traveling companions, including, but not limited to, my family, spouse, estate, heirs, executors, administrators, assigns, and personal representatives, assume all risks of travel and hereby forever hold harmless, waive, discharge, and release Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events its officers, agents, independent contractors, affiliates, employees, successors, and assigns (collectively the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action, directly or indirectly arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me related to COVID-19 whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or any third-party vendor or supplier partnering with Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events.

9. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all costs, expenses, damages, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, and/or liabilities (including attorney fees) arising either directly or indirectly from or related to any and all claims made by or against any of the Released Parties due to bodily injury or harm, death, loss of use, monetary loss, or any other injury from or related to my use of Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events' services, or the services of travel Sarai Enterprises, LLC d/b/a Sarai Events’ suppliers or vendors, specifically related to COVID-19.

 

PRIVACY POLICY
Sarai Events and its affiliates are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of personal information.  We do not share or sell said information.

 

RESERVATION OF RIGHTS: CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Sarai Events reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to change these terms at any time.  Updated versions of the Terms will be posted on our website and are effective immediately on posting.  Please check frequently, especially before you use our website to make a new reservation or use our services, to see if these Terms changed.  Use of the website after any changes to the Terms constitutes your consent to the changes.

 

GOVERN OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The laws of the state of Georgia, USA, govern these Terms and Conditions.  You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Georgia, USA, in all disputes arising out of or relating to travel bookings and the use of services with Sarai Events, including the use of Sarai Events' website.  The use of Sarai Events' website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, this paragraph.

 

LIMITED TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DISCLAIMER

Sarai Events, LLC and any sponsoring institution, is acting only as an intermediary and agent for suppliers in selling services, or in accepting reservations or booking for services which are not directly supplied by Sarai Events, LLC such as hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, event tickets and cruises. Sarai Events, LLC, and any sponsoring institution; therefore, shall not be responsible for breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such suppliers, which result in any loss, damage, delay or injury to you or your travel companions or group members. Sarai Events shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, war, insurrection, social or labor unrest, mechanical or construction difficulties, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments or any other action, omissions or conditions outside the coverage against them. Your retention of tickets, vouchers or booking after issuance shall constitute consent to the above and an agreement on your part to convey the contents here to your travel companions or group members.

 

The Clients/Customers, by engaging with Sarai Events, LLC through paying the deposit and/ or full payment for the package arrangement specified, acknowledges the position of Sarai Events, LLC as stipulated by the foregoing and agrees to hold Sarai Events, LLC  blameless in making the arrangements on his/her behalf, provided the same shall be made through generally acceptable suppliers at the time of engagement, and further agrees that restitution of damages, if any are claimed, shall be sought directly from the suppliers. The Client also agrees to the terms and conditions of the tour and services as set forth by the suppliers. Rates are subject to change without notice. Hotel, tours and event tickets are subject to availability. Payment of deposit or full payment shall constitute consent of all provisions stated herein.

 

All Clients/Customers, who register their email and/or purchase travel packages or other services from Sarai Events, LLC  through dedicated sites, by phone, or fax will be considered customers of Sarai Events.

We reserve the right to change times, locations and venues of any event listed. We reserve the right to exchange any option listed without notice; however, any changes in options will be equal to the listed option. We have the right to refuse service to anyone and Sarai Events  will exercise that right.

 

Sarai Events  is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed by, and not acting on the authority of or the permission of Essence Music Festival, Essence Communications, NBA All Star Weekend, Jazz In The Gardens or Urban ski Weekend events. We are a Licensed Event Planning company and are able to provide travel packages and sponsor events. Any copyrights, trademarks, trade names used within this website are for descriptive purposes only.
